Allison Copening has a diverse and extensive background
of serving in the community, dating back to her first
volunteer efforts as a high school student.
As a young leader at Bonanza High School,
she volunteered at the Torrey Pines Convalescent Center,
as well as served as chairperson for a holiday show
at Child Haven and served as chairperson of a window
washing fundraiser for the Easter Seals Foundation.
Today, she serves as a trustee for the
Desert Research Institute Research Foundation and serves
on the board of directors for Child Focus, Nevada, a
non-profit organization that provides programs and services
to children living within the Nevada State foster care
system.
